Award Winning Book

My Friend Rabbit is a Cadelcott Award wining picture book. It's a really cool book about two friends (mouse and rabbit) and the adventures they get into because of rabbit (who is kind of a trouble maker), but mouse can never be mad at him. I really like how the book has this non judgemental vibe. It just shows that love covers a multitude of sin and how your love for some people is truly unconditional.  Pretty deep for a children's book (or maybe I just interpreted it that way)! 

Childhood Books

I don't have much memory about the books I've read or were read to me as a toddler but I do remember back in elementary (when I had interest in reading) reading the Junie B. Jones series! There was so much joy rushing through my body as a kid reading about her and all of the crazy things she'd gotten herself into. I just remember laughing and conversing with my friends about who read which book already.  Another series of books that I was into more so in middle school was the Nancy Drew series. I loved the thrill of cracking a good mystery and the suspense leading up to the bust. I mostly remember reading those books while riding in the car because middle school is where I started sports all the way until high school and my focus began to steer away from reading. Then came along the twilight series and I MADE time for them! Hands down my favorite book series and truthfully probably the last series I've read (so as you can see I haven't read a good book in yea...
